My new-bike buying experience at Sports Plaza was the best I have ever had in purchasing a new vehicle. Unequivocally. In the past 30 years I have bought new a Jeep, a Chevy Pickup, and two Harleys. None of those dealers treated me anywhere close to as good as Dave. Specifically, I visited the shop on six (6) separate occasions before even picking up my TW 200. I made an additional eight (8) phone calls in the process. Dave answered at least 100 questions of mine about everything from financing, to maintenance, to longevity, to safety, to where and how to ride. This is NOT hyperbole! He let me take pictures in the back as the bike was just out of the crate and not ready for delivery. By my request, he even met with me out front after a week of ownership just to ride the TW and give me a few more tips. While I am polite, I am not an easy customer. What about the numbers? Well, Dave gave me a price that was $200 less than any of the 15 dealerships I called or visited in Oregon. Instead of the 1 - 2 month wait for a TW everyone had told me, Dave made a few phone calls to the ladies in the warehouse, and got me one in six (6) days. With one day left in August, Dave jumped through hoops to get me Yamahas Zero Percent Financing. Yes, thats free money and that deal is now gone. Lastly, Dave threw in a pair of dirtbike hand guards au gratis just because I asked. A more patient, knowledgeable, attentive, and kind salesperson may not exist. But hey, this IS Oregon, not my hometown of New York City! Just another great experience of living in my new state.

This Yamaha shop is really cool. Lots to see here, They have a huge bike selection as well as helmets apparel and accessories. There parts staff was really helpful and really nice. The owner is there as well and he seemed like a great guy, nice and easy going as well. There variety of different brands was nice with the selection from each brand it was a little hard to chose what i wanted cause there was so many items to choose from. The store is really clean, I went there to pick up a part that i ordered two days prior of coming in. I found it really easy to ordered parts here. and the quick on-time process was great too. The lighting is perfect, not to dark and not to bright, I was able to sit on a few bikes while the salesmen walked me thru the bike to tell me horsepower, handling, and if the height could be adjusted or not. The floors are really clean, as well as the restrooms and parts counters.I will definitely be back here to shop again.

These guys are the best, I have been ordering a variety of parts from them for about a year now. I had to purchase an OEM shock relay arm that required bearings, but I wasn't able to press the bearings in myself. I shipped the relay arm back to them and they pressed the bearings in for me. They were personable and very helpful, I'll definitely order all my OEM parts from these guys.

While I have written a review of my 2021 TW200 purchase from Sports Plaza, I believe a second testimonial about my separate experience with Justin in Parts is most certainly justified. After delivery of my new bike I realized my 30-year old Police style half-helmet was not going to cut it anymore for both trail and street riding. There was so much conflicting and confusing information on the internet about lids regarding quality, safety, and fit my head was head was spinning (bad pun intended). Justin cleared all this up for me; taking over 90 minutes in two (2) different visits and a phone call to patiently explain motorcycle helmet safety, quality, and fit. He stood by while I tried on over a dozen different models, offering advice from his vast knowledge of motorcycle riding, racing, and safety. Ultimately, I decided on a current Arai model in a tribute style that was no longer available and so I had to buy it online from a private party I found after extensive searching (very expensive). I simply could not have chosen a helmet without Justins help. You want to buy a helmet from this young man! I will be a customer for life at this shop. Thanks for reading.
